The End
Well, end of the semester. That was a good semester I think. it wasn't too hard or too easy, so just hard enough and also just easy enough. I have learned many things which ,I hope, will be very useful for me. But sadly, I have already started to worry about the next semester. Will it be harder or similar? I don't think it would be easier but similar wouldn't be bad. What my friends are saying about 102 classes is not relieving at all. Nevertheless, I am sure we all are going to handle it very well. So, I wish good luck to everyone.
I-Blog paper
I wrote my I-Blog paper today. Before that, I was thinking about the sense of writing a blog. I really wasn't getting the point. I mean, why? We could talk about these easily, why do I have to write 14 different topics. Well now I got the point. We could really talk of course, It would obviously be easier. But we are not talking it seems, at least not in English, which makes perfectly sense. I am glad we are free to write everything we want. From my side, that should be to point of this. I don't know the main aim of this blogging assignment but free writing Englilsh would improve us in a different way, so, I guess that should be the point of all that.
Gender issue
In ancient times, while humans were living in caves, they needed food. They weren't aware of agriculture yet, the only food were the animals. So, they had to hunt them. But how? They invented spears, arrows and bows. They had to run fast, they had to be strong, they had to be tough. So, they decided that the men should be doing the hunting. And sooo the story began and evolved to present. Now, as we all saw, men are causing almost all violation, crime and most other things we saw. And women are being sexualised, treated as objects. Now i wonder, what if at that ancient times the desicion was opposite. What if from that time, the women would do all the hunting, working, what if all soldiers were women? Would the men be treated as objects? Sexualised today? Or at some point would it turn this way again the way it is today and how? i really would like to being able answering this question but it's obvious that it's hard to imagine a whole different world. i think the question will remain forever, or, can it turn at some point the opposite in the future..
Did you know?
i wanted to post something really interesting, so..
Why is blue for boys and pink for girls?
In ancient times, it was believed that certain colors could combat the evil spirits that lingered over nurseries. Because blue was associated with the heavenly spirits, boys were clothed in that colour, boys then being considered the most valuable resource to parents. Although baby girls did not have a colour associated with them, they were mostly clothed in black. It was only in the Middle Ages when pink became associated with baby girls.
Why is the sky blue?
When sunlight travels through the atmosphere, it collides with gas molecules. These molecules scatter the light. The shorter the wavelength of light, the more it is scattered by the atmosphere. Because it has a shorter wavelength than the other colours, blue light is scattered more, ten times more than red light, for instance. That is why the sky is blue.
Why does the setting sun look reddish orange? When the sun is on the horizon, its light takes a longer path through the atmosphere to reach your eyes than when the sun is directly overhead. By the time the light of the setting sun reaches your eyes, most of the blue light has been scattered out. The light you finally see is reddish orange, the colour of white light minus blue.
Can anything survive after they freeze ?
No animal, once frozen solid (i.e., water solidifies and turns to ice) survives when thawed, because the ice crystals formed inside cells would break open the cell membranes. However there are certain frogs that can survive the experience of being frozen. These frogs make special proteins which prevent the formation of ice (or at least keep the crystals from becoming very large), so that they actually never freeze even though their body temperature is below zero Celsius. The water in them remains liquid: a phenomenon known as 'supercooling.' If you disturb one of these frogs (just touching them even), the water in them quickly freezes solid and they die.
i am full of with these unuseful informations :) so if u want to ask some, i would be glad answering. hope you enjoyed it.

Killing us softly 3
A few years ago i saw something on TV which trembled me. A female newscaster on a Bulgarian channel was stripping as she reports the news. Actually i think there is no need to say anything more. This could be a perfect example what narrator criticises in this video, if that would be a commercial. Nevertheless, i think this tells much about women abuse on TV. In the video its meant that the women body is being used to sell products and to attract attention of viewers(mostly men ofcourse). In these commercials the perfect women is being created only refering her beauty. The narrator mensions that the woman figure is being used as objects. Also according to statistics the advertising industry increased from $20billion to $180billion in 20 years from 1979 to 1999. Which tells us that the place of advertisements in our life also increased importantly. Also the same research shows that we spend 3 years of our life for watching TV commercials. The narrator tells that with all the raise on the advertisements and their effects, all women will be effected as well. They will try to be the correct and perfect women type which is created by advertisors and that will harm them and spite theirs lives. How can we disagree ?

Journalism, or not?
It is completely logical that, a news paper reader want to see the visual news. Think of a television news, which a reporter only tells you what happend and you see nothing. That won't be sufficent. But the media may be using this for their own benefits. It changes according to our point of view. We can think that they are showing the people what the world really is and what is really happening or we can also think they are abusing the situation to win just a tropy. Taking the photograph of a girl which is going to die in a few hours is ethical or not? Maybe i can't answer that question, but i think, actually i hope, the reporter must have been thought once more time before he takes this photo.

Reality TV
The search for some different TV shows in 1940s is ended by the new idea of Reality shows. The main aim was affecting the audience by decreasing the rate of acting and replacing it with real lives or stories. Nowadays, these reality shows are exceeding their aims and actually being way further than reality. Many people are criticising these reality shows roughly and they are completely against them. But sadly too many people are watching these shows, and this audience includes also the people who are criticising these shows. The ironic part is that the producers are preparing these shows according to the audience.
